About Our Mission & How We Work
Every single month, our core team swaps their laptops for leashes and grooming kits. We head out into the neighbourhood with our own walkers and groomers to experience the service firsthand. This is not a marketing stunt. It is how we identify friction points, listen to your feedback in real-time, and ensure our handlers are managing the sniffs and sprints exactly the way we would want someone to handle our own dogs.
At Sploot, we started with one simple question: why is it so hard to find reliable help for our dogs? Whether it was finding a walker who actually shows up or a groomer who doesn't stress our dogs out, the process felt unnecessarily complicated. We built Sploot because we were tired of the guesswork.
How We Work
We believe in combining tech with human touch. Our app gives you live GPS tracking for every walk, so you know exactly where your dog went and how long they spent sniffing that one tree. No more wondering if your dog got their exercise or if the walker just stood around.
The 'No Gyaan' Promise
We do not believe in giving unsolicited advice. When we share tips on dog health, behaviour, or nutrition, it is because we have researched it, tested it, or faced that specific issue with our own Indies and rescues. We are here to simplify, not complicate. We know the reality of living with dogs, from the 2 AM zoomies to the weird poop colours, and we keep our services grounded in that reality.

We are more than a service provider. We are a pack. Through our Sunday community walks and our app-based feedback loops, we are constantly learning from you. Your ratings on our app help us maintain quality, ensuring that if a walker or groomer is not meeting the standard, they are not staying on our platform. We are building this for ourselves, and we are glad to have you with us.
