While evening events allow us to manipulate the atmosphere with artificial lighting, daytime functions demand a design that interacts harmoniously with the environment. Whether we are at a property like The Ananta in Udaipur or a coastal venue, our process begins with mapping the sun’s path to place the seating and staging where it matters most.

We focus on 'lived-in' design. Instead of static backdrops that feel like a photo studio, we create zones that encourage interaction. This might mean incorporating Bhaat ceremony elements with rustic pottery and dried grasses for a culturally rich texture, or using tropical-themed stations that double as guest activities. Our approach to these events is intentional: we curate the colors to pop against natural greens and blues, ensuring that every corner feels like a natural extension of the venue’s landscape.

Because we handle the planning and logistics alongside the styling, we manage the 'madness' of daytime events behind the scenes. This includes coordinating dhol players, managing the flow of guest arrivals, and ensuring that any interactive elements—like doodle corners or flower stations—are fully stocked and operational.
