About Design & Inspiration
Before you lock in a floor plan, think about how your guests actually move through the space. While theater-style rows work for ceremonies, they kill the vibe during dinners. We always walk through the venue with a sketch to spot traffic bottlenecks and adjust furniture placement until it feels natural, not cramped.
Great wedding design isn't about buying the most expensive props; it's about cohesion. We start every project by building a mood board, whether it's a 'Mediterranean Bloom' concept with vibrant olives and pinks or a clean 'Aegean Breeze' vibe using blues and whites. The goal is to move beyond the usual yellow-and-marigold Haldi decor to create something that actually feels like you.
The Art of Seating
Seating isn't just logistics. It's the engine of your party's energy:
- Round Tables: Classic, conversational, and perfect for formal dinners. Keep them to 6-8 people so the chatting doesn't stop.
- Long Banquet Tables: Essential for that cozy, family-style, rustic feeling. We love adding runners and candles here to keep it from looking cluttered.
- Lounge Clusters: If you want a party that feels like a cocktail hour, mix couches, poufs, and rugs. It gets people moving and mingling rather than sitting in rigid rows.
Our Process
We don't just dump furniture in a room. We look at the venue’s natural features. Does the garden have a tiered level? Let's use it for an amphitheater-style setup so everyone gets a view. Is the ceiling low? Let’s focus on table scaping and floor lighting instead of overhead clutter. Everything we do is aimed at making your day flow, from the first welcome drink to the last dance.
