Cabinetry Specifications
- Water Resistance: 100% BWP (Boiling Water Proof - IS:710 Grade) Marine Ply used for all base units to prevent water damage.
- Finish: High-Gloss Laminate (1mm thickness) or Acrylic finish shutters for high reflection.
- Dimensions: Covers Base units and Wall units for a standard L-shaped layout (approx. 10ft x 8ft run).
Storage & Hardware
- Drawer Systems: Includes 3-4 Soft-Close Tandem Boxes with metal sides for heavy storage.
- Organizers: Stainless steel cutlery tray, plate basket, and oil/sauce bottle pull-out.
- Hinges: Hydraulic soft-close hinges on all swing doors.
- Handles: Choice of edge-profile handles or concealed Gola profiles.
Exclusions
- Countertop stone (Granite/Quartz), Kitchen Appliances (Chimney/Hob), and Dado tiles are not included in this package.

- Internal Layout: Standard hanging rods, adjustable shelves, and 2-3 internal lockable drawers.

- Lofts: Seamless upper loft cabinets included in the square footage calculation.
- Visuals: Options for handle-less profiles or long metal T-bar handles.
