Essential 2BHK Woodwork Package
Fixed Furniture & Woodwork
- Modular Kitchen: L-shaped layout (10-12 rft) using BWP Marine Grade Plywood for wet areas. Finishes in 1mm High-Pressure Laminate with soft-close Hettich/Ebco hardware and SS 304 wire baskets.
- Master Wardrobe: 7x9ft swing door unit with loft. External laminate finish and internal white laminate.
- Guest Wardrobe: 5ft width swing door unit with loft, shelving, and hanging rods.
- Living Room: 5-6ft floating TV console and 3-4ft foyer shoe rack with seating provision.
False Ceiling & Electricals
- Scope: Gypsum false ceiling (Saint Gobain/USG Boral) for Living and Dining areas only.
- Design: Peripheral cove or flat styling.
- Lighting: Includes basic LED COB spots and strip lights for the cove area.
Design & Warranty
- Service: 2D layout planning and basic 3D renders.
- Warranty: 5-10 years on hardware and 5 years on plywood.
- Exclusions: Wall painting, loose furniture, granite, and civil work.

Premium Woodwork
- Chef's Kitchen: 1.5mm Acrylic or High-Gloss PU finish. Includes heavy-duty Tandem box drawers, bi-fold lift-ups, and tall unit provision.
- Master Wardrobe: Floor-to-ceiling sliding wardrobe (8x9.5ft) with Lacquered Glass, Acrylic, or Mirror inserts and soft-close tracks.
- Other Bedrooms: Mix of sliding or premium laminate swing wardrobes with external drawers.
- Living Area: 8ft TV unit with marble-finish laminate and fluted panels. Includes glass-fascia crockery unit and partition-style shoe cabinet.
Ceiling, Lighting & Decor
- False Ceiling: Full home coverage (Living, Dining, Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms) featuring islands or rafters.
- Lighting: Comprehensive plan with LED Coves, COB spots, and profile lighting provisions.
- Vanities: Under-counter storage units with mirror cabinets for 3 bathrooms.

- Visuals: Advanced 3D renders with lighting simulation.
- Finish: Factory-finished installation with zero-joint edge banding.
