I transformed the raw concrete into a grand entrance with polished marble-finish flooring, a stunning modern cascading chandelier, and a feature wall with textured stone. The glass railings and integrated step lighting add both safety and a touch of luxury.

The design is completed with a minimalist glass panel railing and a contemporary cluster pendant light fixture that draws the eye upward.

Our Process & Materials
We focus on three elements to get that luxury feel on a budget:
- Material Selection: We use polished GVT marble or granite finishes that give that high-gloss, expensive look but wear well over time.
- Floating Effects: By embedding LED strip lights into the riser of each step, we create a floating, modern effect that makes the staircase look lighter and more spacious.
- Glass & Steel: We scrap heavy iron grills and replace them with 12mm toughened glass panels and minimal stainless steel railings. This clears up the visual clutter instantly.
Why it Matters
Lighting is our secret weapon in foyers. A grand staircase without the right lighting is just a way to get to the next floor.
