Most people think they need to tear down their entire structure to fix an outdated facade, but that is rarely the case. We specialize in "facade plastic surgery"—stripping away those bulky 90s-style curved balcony projections and replacing them with sharp, linear MS frameworks and toughened glass. It costs a fraction of a full demolition, yet completely changes how your home looks from the street.
When your home looks stuck in the past, it is usually because the facade is crowded with outdated features like curved brickwork, heavy iron grills, or clunky balcony projections. We do not believe in starting from scratch unless you absolutely have to. Our process focuses on elevation correction.
The G+3 Modernization Process
For G+3 builder floors or independent houses in Delhi NCR, we follow a three-step transformation:
- Demolition & Prep: We safely remove the old iron railings and chip away damaged plaster to get back to the core structure.
- Linear Geometry: We rebuild the balcony edges to create clean, horizontal lines. This single change makes a building look wider, taller, and significantly more contemporary.
- Finish & Cladding: We use HPL or WPC cladding on the balcony ceilings and pillars to introduce texture. Finally, we install 12mm toughened glass railings to remove all visual clutter.
The Power of Night Lighting
A renovation is incomplete without lighting. We move away from generic porch bulbs. We use IP65-rated wall washers to highlight the texture of the facade and concealed strip lighting under balcony edges. This creates a "glow" effect at night that makes even a standard builder floor feel like a high-end villa.
