My Approach

I moved away from generic 'skincare hacks' early in my practice because they often mask underlying issues. My training as an MD and fellow in dermatosurgery allows me to handle complex procedures—like vitiligo surgery, earlobe reconstruction, and keloid revisions—with clinical precision. I do not promise 'zero scarring' because that is biologically unrealistic, but I do promise meticulous technique—using fine sutures and careful placement along skin tension lines—to ensure the best aesthetic healing possible.

Clinical Standards

At Vitals Klinic, we operate with a dedicated minor OT. This matters because for procedures like mole removal, lipoma excision, or scar revision, sterility and surgical technique are non-negotiable. I use US-FDA approved technology and ensure that every step, from local anesthesia administration to layered suturing, is handled with the care required for surgical interventions.

Consultation Process

Before any procedure, we map the issue. We rule out medical risks first, then we talk about the best aesthetic outcome. You will find that I am direct. If a treatment is not going to help, I will tell you. If we have a science-backed path forward, we will execute it with the right technology, be it CO2 lasers or surgical excision.
