My Creative Philosophy and Industry Features
Beyond the camera, my work is driven by a specific philosophy. This is a collection of press features, industry collaborations, and the ideas that shape my creative approach.
Some thoughts on "creation vs creating." Letting go of the idea of "owning" a creation has been a huge unlock for me, freeing me from creative blocks. This is a core part of the perspective I share in my mentorship.
I was honored to be featured in the "People of Econock" series. This collaboration was a perfect fit, as their pieces feel like they hold history and artistic nostalgia, much like the themes I explore in my own work.
A special moment presenting an award at The Elle List 2025. It's an honor to be recognized by the industry and to have the opportunity to celebrate the next generation of creative wave makers.
On the red carpet at The Elle List 2025. Thank you to Elle India for the wonderful evening and to Rocky Star for making me feel glamorous.
Another image from my feature with Econock. They described me as a self-taught artist with a bold and inquisitive edge, which felt very true to my journey.
This spread from the "People of Econock" feature includes some of my own photography, showing a beautiful synergy between my work and their brand.
A shot of me wearing the Eva Corset from Econock. I love fashion that tells a story, and their pieces feel like wearable art, echoing my own passion for storytelling.
About this collection
I often talk about the distinction between 'creation' and 'creating.' It is a perspective I share in my mentorship programs, specifically designed to help artists break through creative blocks by letting go of the need for 'ownership' of a concept. It is not about instant results, but about finding joy in the process and the flow of transformation.
When I am not shooting editorials for magazines like Elle or styling campaigns, I am deep in the research phase of my own projects. You might have seen me on 'The Elle List,' where I had the honor of celebrating the next generation of creative wave makers. Collaborations like 'People of Econock' are also close to my heart, as they allow me to align my visual style with brands that carry real history and texture.
These moments of industry recognition are not just milestones, they are conversations about where fashion and art intersect. If you are looking to refine your own voice, I bring this exact research-heavy, narrative-first approach to my workshops. Whether we are discussing advanced color grading or building a portfolio, my goal is to strip away the industry pressure and help you focus on the story you actually want to tell. Everything here is an extension of that mission: to make the process of creating feel as rewarding as the final image itself.

I am Victoria. I divide my time between Mumbai studios and my desk, obsessing over shadow play and narrative arcs. This space is where I bridge the gap between my editorial work and the mentorship I offer to fellow artists.
