Since we bake everything fresh without heavy preservatives, our cakes are delicate. If you are picking up a tiered design, please ensure you have an AC car with a flat surface for transport. It keeps the fresh cream work and delicate toppers perfect until you reach your venue.

When we start our day at 5 a.m. in Nerul, it is not just to bake; it is to ensure that the fruit fillings and milk-soaked sponges in our Tres Leches reach you at their absolute peak.

I prefer to keep things transparent. We do not use shelf-stable shortcuts because you can taste the difference in quality.
- Freshness First: We avoid pre-made mixtures. That is why we require a minimum 24-48 hour lead time to prepare your order.
- Design Freedom: Whether you have a Pinterest reference or a wild idea for a Bollywood-themed birthday, I love the challenge. From 3D figurines to minimalist, elegant gold-leaf finishes, we build it from scratch.
- Safety: Because we use fresh cream and ganache, temperature is key. We provide internal doweling and heavy-duty boxes for tiered cakes, but the final leg of the journey needs your help. Keep it cool and keep it flat.
