How to Order from Veni'licious
Seedhi baat, no bakwaas. Here is exactly what you need to know about ordering with us to make sure your cake arrives in perfect shape.
Here are a few of our house rules. We require a 1kg minimum for custom orders, prices are non-negotiable, and we are pick-up only from Nerul. Please also note our cake travel care instructions to get your cake home safely.
A quick note on our pricing and order confirmation process. Prices depend on flavor, design, and weight, so we quote after confirming your requirements. A 50% advance payment confirms your order and secures your slot.
About Important Information
We do not offer delivery because fresh cream and traffic do not mix. To keep your cake perfect, we need you to pick up from our Nerul studio. Please bring an AC car and keep the temperature on full blast for the entire ride home to avoid any melted disasters.
Our Rules of the Game
I want your cake to be the highlight of your celebration, not a source of stress. Because we are a small, passionate team and work with sensitive, fresh ingredients, we have a few ground rules to keep the quality top-notch.
Booking and Lead Times We need 24 to 48 hours of notice for most orders. Since I bake every single cake fresh from scratch, we cannot accommodate last-minute rush orders. Please reach out early to confirm your slot. A 50 percent advance payment is mandatory to confirm your order and block your date—we cannot hold slots without it.
Pricing and Customization I believe in honest pricing for the quality we provide. Our prices vary based on flavor, design complexity, and weight, so I will always quote you once we have locked in your requirements. Please understand that we do not haggle on our prices. We focus on putting the best ingredients into your cake, and that has a set value.
The Pickup Process As mentioned, we are strictly pickup-only from our Nerul location. When you come to collect, please ensure you have an AC car. Keep the car floor clear—do not place the cake on a seat, as the angle can cause damage. We include a serrated knife and candles with your order, so you are set for the celebration the moment you get home.
