Training is a team effort. Here is a look at the sessions, the squad I collaborate with, and the moments that keep me going in Bengaluru.

A great shot with my 'Training Squad' at the Ramaiah Institute of Management. Working alongside other talented soft skills trainers is always an incredible experience.

A quick selfie in my work attire. I believe that how you dress is part of your personal brand, and I always aim to look approachable yet professional.

Another photo with the training team. We all bring different strengths to the table, which makes our collaborative sessions even more powerful for the students.

The training squad on campus. Each session is a team effort, and I'm grateful to work with such a dedicated group of professionals.

One more from a successful training phase with my colleagues. We support each other in our mission to empower the next generation of professionals.

A selfie to welcome a new month. I always feel energized and ready to help more people find their voice and build their confidence.

About My Journey & Training Squad

When I walk onto a campus, it is rarely alone. These shots show me with my 'Training Squad' at places like the Ramaiah Institute of Management. We bring different expertise, from body language to placement prep, so students get a full 360-degree view of what corporate life actually looks like. It is not just about me teaching, it is about us creating a high-energy environment where students feel comfortable enough to make mistakes and actually learn from them.

How We Approach Workshops

Teaching isn't just about standing at the front of the room. When we run half-day workshops for up to 20 participants, the dynamic changes when there is a team involved. One trainer might focus on vocal control, while another breaks down non-verbal cues. This tag-team approach means participants do not get bored and are not just listening to one perspective.

Why Collaboration Matters

I believe that soft skills training works best when it is realistic. By working alongside other professionals, we can simulate different corporate scenarios. We don't just talk about theory. We run drills on:

  • Campus-to-Corporate Transition: Helping freshers bridge the gap between college life and the office.
  • Non-Verbal Impact: Showing, not just telling, why posture and eye contact matter.
  • Placement Readiness: Practicing mock interviews in a group setting to lower the nerves.

Whether it is a workshop at a college in Bengaluru or a professional development session, my goal is to create a safe space. We keep it practical, include plenty of laughs, and focus on real growth rather than perfect scripts.
