• New homes: If you're building, I help with Vastu compliant floor plan consultation right from the blueprint. That way, good vibes start before the first brick is laid.
• Practical stuff: I give tips like keeping the main entrance clear, not letting kitchen fire and water clash, and why fixing leaky taps matters for wealth flow. Simple, but it adds up.
