About this collection
I don’t just stand behind the console and press play. My process starts by reading the crowd in the first fifteen minutes, identifying the energy level, and then shifting my selection, from commercial hits to deep Afro-Latin beats, to keep the room engaged. If you are looking for a DJ who actually controls the floor rather than just cycling through a playlist, that is the experience I bring.
After two decades behind the decks, I have learned that every venue has a different rhythm. Whether I am playing a commercial open-format set at a spot like Gawky Goose or pushing my Afro-Latin sound at a larger festival, my goal remains the same: ensuring the energy in the room never drops.
My Approach to Club Sets
I am an open-format DJ by trade. This means I do not stick to one genre. If the floor needs a boost, I might blend classic house anthems with current hip hop or transition into my signature Afro-Latin rhythms. I observe what the crowd is responding to, whether it is a corporate crowd at a sundowner or a high-energy group at a midnight club gig, and I adapt the setlist in real time.
Technical Standards
I perform using industry-standard Pioneer gear because sound quality is non-negotiable. Whether I am using the venue's console or my own controller, I focus on precise beat-matching and harmonic mixing to ensure smooth transitions. I come prepared with a diverse music library, but I always value input on specific tracks or artists you want included, or perhaps more importantly, artists you want to avoid.

My work has taken me to most of Bangalore's key nightlife spots, including Kaze, Pangeo, and NYX Lounge. I know how each of these spaces sound and how to use the lighting and acoustics to create the right atmosphere.
