- Artist Brings: Performance laptop (MacBook Pro), music library, and headphones.
- Client Provides: Full PA system (Speakers, Subs) and a standard Pioneer CDJ + DJM console setup.

Experience & Curation
- Consultation: Pre-event call to establish "Do Not Play" lists and demographic preferences.
- Crowd Interaction: Active MC duties to make announcements and hype the crowd.

Tech Specs
- Artist Gear: Includes professional DJ Controller (e.g., Pioneer DDJ) if the venue lacks a console.

About Me
I’m Vanshi Shastrii, DJing out of Bangalore for over 20 years. My thing? Turning any event into a wild, unforgettable night filled with music that makes everybody move. I’m obsessed with the dance floor energy - if you want a party where no one stands still, that’s what I do.
What I Play
I’m an open format DJ, which pretty much means I read the crowd and switch up genres as needed. But if you ask me what really gets me going, it’s these:
- Afro house DJ set and Latin beats – I run a thing called Afrodisiac where I go all-in on these vibes
- House music, from solid classics to the latest commercial stuff
- EDM and dance bangers for pure energy
- Hip hop, melodic techno, and whatever new track I’ve got up my sleeve
Event Types
I handle all sorts of gigs:
- Wedding DJ Bangalore style, Sangeets and cocktails that actually feel like a party, not a snoozefest
- Club night DJ Bangalore regular, so I know how to keep a dance floor hot
- Chill brunches, sundowners, pool parties – I can keep it mellow but still fun
- Corporate event DJ too, if you need someone who can read the room and keep it professional but not boring
I use Pioneer gear, so sound is always tight. I’m not the kind to just stand and play tracks - you’ll see me hyping up the crowd and making sure it’s good vibes only.

Hey, I'm Vanshi - Bangalore born, music raised. Been DJing for 20+ years, still loving every beat. Hit 40, but the energy's only gone up! I'm a dog dad, studio addict, and founder of Afrodisiac - my own Afro-Latin event series. For me, DJing's more than gigs, it’s making memories and dropping good vibes. When I’m not spinning at clubs or parties, I'm in my studio, cooking up fresh sounds.
