Dance Workshops & Group Classes for Beginners in Delhi
Forget the mirror and just move. My classes are all about the vibe, not perfection—if you can nod your head to a beat, you are ready to join.
The magic of 'Chaiyya Chaiyya' in the mountains. Dancing with a group of friends, new and old, against a stunning backdrop.
Sometimes you just match vibes with strangers on vacation. A spontaneous group dance session in the beautiful mountains of Spiti.
My first attempt at a workshop choreography where I forgot the steps. It's a great reminder that learning is a process, even for the teacher.
A fan moment with the amazing choreographer Dharmik Samani. Attending his workshop was a bucket list item I didn't even know I had.
Dancing alongside my mentor Dharmik Samani in his workshop. It was an incredible experience to learn from him directly.
The front-row energy at my first-ever dance workshop. You can see the focus and joy as we all learn the choreography together.
So grateful for the opportunity to learn from and dance with Dharmik Samani. His workshops are full of energy and amazing mentorship.
About Dance Workshops & Group Classes
I keep my studio sessions super chill—if you mess up a step, we just laugh and reset. My choreography is never about being a pro; it is about finding your own rhythm in a room full of people who are just here to have a blast, not to critique your technique. If you have been hesitant about joining a class because you think you have two left feet, this is exactly the safe, low-pressure space you need to get started.
Whether you are looking to get festival-ready with my Navratri Garba crash courses or just want to shake off the week's stress with a Bollywood workout, my classes are designed for you. I use an 'Easy N Elegant' teaching method that breaks down complex choreography into simple hook steps. You will not find any strict technique drills here; my focus is purely on expressions, natural groove, and building your confidence on the dance floor.
For those starting from scratch, my 8-session beginner batches are held in a cozy home studio setting in Delhi, which keeps the environment intimate and pressure-free. We work on everything from viral reel trends to those high-energy wedding party tracks that get everyone moving. If you are a parent looking for kids' freestyle classes, we do that too—focused on play-based learning so the little ones stay engaged and burn that extra energy.
And yes, my Garba sessions are a different beast entirely. We move to a rented studio space to accommodate larger groups, focusing on stamina building with 90-minute sessions that get you ready for those long nights of 2-taali and 3-taali. Come as you are, leave with a smile.
