About A Glimpse Behind the Brand
People often ask why I care so much about material quality, but when you are building something meant to last, you cannot cut corners. I do not just pick pieces because they look good for a photo, I pick them because they use stable, color-resistant stainless steel that I would actually wear myself.
I started this project with a simple goal: to help every woman feel more elegant without breaking the bank. It was not always smooth sailing, and I definitely have my share of funny moments, like explaining to my sister why I cannot just lower prices when I am using high-quality materials, or trying to describe my home address to a delivery driver over the phone.
Building Twinkle Touch has been a journey of trial and error. I focus on stainless steel because it offers durability that lasts, meaning you do not have to worry about color fading after a few wears. Whether you are in Jenin, Ramallah, Hebron, or Jerusalem, my priority is ensuring that when you order, you get exactly what you see. Every item, from my favorite stackable mugs to those little resin keychains, is hand-selected by me. I keep batches small because I want to ensure every piece that leaves my hands meets the quality standard I promised when I first started this adventure. Thank you for being a part of this journey.
