For everyday wear that focuses on durability, our Monofilament systems use a breathable base with a Polyurethane perimeter. These are ideal if you prefer styles with bangs or side parts where the hairline is covered. For a more versatile look, such as a quiff or exposed forehead, we recommend our Invisible Lace or Mirage systems. These use bleached knots and ultra-thin bases to mimic natural hair growth directly from the scalp.
The Fitting Process
Installation is a detailed, two-to-three-hour process. It involves:
- Scalp Preparation: We clean the target area with a scalp protector to ensure a secure bond.
- Custom Bonding: Depending on your activity level, we use either medical-grade tape or liquid adhesive.
- The Blending Cut: This is the most critical step. We texture the system hair to match your existing length and style.
Maintenance
These systems are not a 'set and forget' solution. To keep your look natural and hygienic, you will need a maintenance session every 4-6 weeks. During these visits, we remove the system, deep clean your scalp, wash and condition the patch, and re-apply it with fresh adhesive.
