Thematic Mehendi & Haldi Styling
Theme & Structures
- Concept: Full execution of themes like 'Botanical Garden' or 'Pop Art' with pre-event mood boards.
- Backdrops: One 10ft x 10ft main feature backdrop with custom flex, floral pasting, or props.
- Entrance: Welcome arch using fresh Genda (marigold), sunflowers, or hanging tassels.
Florals & Furniture
- Flowers: High density of local blooms mixed with seasonal fillers (Asters, Baby's Breath). Note: Primarily local, not imported exotics.
- Lounges: 4 to 6 sets of Diwans or low sofas with theme-printed cushion covers.
- Guest Seating: Up to 150 Tiffany or wooden cross-back chairs.
- Tables: Vibrant runners, jar/vase centerpieces, and table numbers.
Installations
- Photo Spots: 1 to 2 designated Instagram spots (decorated swing or floral frame).
- Overhead: Hanging elements like umbrellas, parandis, or baskets depending on venue feasibility.
Sangeet & Ballroom Production Decor
Stage & Production
- Stage Design: 32ft x 24ft performance stage with floral headers, glossy flooring, and masking for LED walls.
- Ceiling Decor: Truss-hung installations over dance floors featuring artificial wisteria, disco balls, or chandeliers.
- Tech Styling: Design integration for lighting and trussing (Note: Hardware rental costs are external).
Dining & Bar
- Bar: One 20ft custom-fabricated island bar with thematic branding.
- Tables: Decor for 30 round tables including velvet/sequin runners and tall candelabras.
- Lounges: 6 to 8 sets of Chesterfield or Velvet sofas for a VIP section.
Props & Entrance
- Statement Pieces: Large thematic props like golden deer statues or giant trees.
- Walkway: Red-carpet style entrance with photo-wall backdrop and console tables.
Architectural Mandap & Ceremony Decor
The Mandap Structure
- Fabrication: Custom 12ft x 12ft 4-pillar or Dome structure with pastel drape, paint, or mirror finish.
- Floral Work: High-density pasting using Indian roses and Rajnigandha. Higher price range includes Hydrangeas and Orchids.
- Lighting: Internal crystal chandeliers and warm-white wash lighting.
Aisle & Foyer
- Walkway: 40 to 60ft aisle decor with options for printed floors, mirrored aisles, or heavy floral lining.
- Entrance: Grand foyer arch matching the main theme and Ganesh idol area decor.
Seating & Rituals
- Furniture: Plush sofas for 20 family members and Tiffany/dressed chairs for up to 200 guests.
- Ceremony Kit: Stylized Havan Kund, low seating (Bajots), and carpeted flooring for the ritual area.

Translating your ideas into spaces that actually feel like you - whether you’re dreaming of an all-white floral wedding mandap design by the sea, or a Mehendi that’s just bursting with color and personality.
Kickoff: Haldi & Mehendi
Tradition meets a bit of madness - that’s how I like to start. Poolside Haldi with sunflower arches, surreal pink giraffes, or a Mehendi packed with genda phool (marigolds) and bold prints. I’ve made “Phoolon ki Holi” happen with wild colors, and set up sunny yellow tablescapes in Cannes that scream destination wedding styling but still feel intimate.
Sangeet & Reception: Big Drama, Bigger Details
Sangeet? I go all in. Rich velvets, moody blues, golden deer - sometimes even a Moulin Rouge twist. For receptions, I’m obsessed with elegant tablescape styling and that timeless, musical vibe where every piece is just in sync.
Ceremony: The Dream Moment
This is the heart. Ethereal ivory mandaps covered in floral clouds, mirrored aisles, or pink perfection with crystal chandeliers. I’ve even mixed in mogra (jasmine) and Pichwai art for those who want a touch of Telugu tradition.
Details: Where Magic Happens
It’s the little stuff - lush flowers, immersive wedding lighting with diyas and candles, crazy cool arches and props. I’m all about making the whole experience feel seamless, warm, and honestly pretty unforgettable.
