We build our sofa frames using seasoned teakwood or ISI-grade plywood, not standard particle board, ensuring your seating stays sturdy in Delhi's changing climate. Unlike showroom pieces that are pre-made, we customize the foam density and seat depth to your comfort level before we touch a single piece of fabric. Whether you want a deep, lounge-style sofa or an upright, ergonomic accent chair, we adjust the frame ergonomics to fit your body, not a generic factory template.
Your Vision, Our Workshop
If you have a Pinterest board full of accent chairs or a specific sofa shape you saw in a magazine, we can make it. Because we own our manufacturing facility in Delhi, we don't rely on pre-made catalog stock. We start from a clean slate.
How We Build Your Seating
- The Frame: We use 18mm HDHMR or seasoned Teakwood. We steer clear of low-density materials that squeak or sag after a few months of use.
- The Comfort: You get to choose your foam density. If you like a sink-in soft sofa or a firm, structured seat for posture, we calibrate the foam layers accordingly.
- The Upholstery: From velvet and boucle to high-performance linen blends, we source fabrics that handle daily wear. If you have pets or kids, tell us, and we will recommend stain-resistant weaves.
