Classic Gel or Acrylic Extensions
The Essentials
- Consultation: Assessment of nail bed health and selection of Gel or Acrylic based on lifestyle.
- Dry Manicure: Electric file usage to clean cuticles and buff the natural nail plate for adhesion. Does not include water soaking.
- Extension Application: Usage of ABS plastic tips or paper forms to create the desired length.
- Building: Layering of Hard Gel or Acrylic powder to build structure and strength.
- Shaping: Filing to achieve standard shapes like Square, Squoval, Almond, or Coffin.
The Finish
- Color: Two coats of standard solid color Gel Polish selected from the shade card.
- Top Coat: Finished with a high-gloss or matte no-wipe top coat.
- Hydration: Application of cuticle oil.
Designer Extensions (French, Chrome or Ombre)
Base Service
- Includes all steps from the Classic Extensions package (Dry Prep, Application, Building, and Shaping).
Design Upgrade (Choose One)
- French Tips: Hand-painted smile lines in classic white or colored tips (Pastel, Neon, Black).
- Chrome Finish: Metallic powder application (Pearl, Silver, Gold, or Pink) for a mirror or glazed donut effect.
- Ombre: Seamless blending of two colors, typically Nude to White or Nude to Pink.
Detailing
- Precision: Extra filing and brushwork for crisp lines or smooth gradients.
- Sealing: Double top-coat application to protect the specific design work from chipping.
Gel or Acrylic Overlays on Natural Nails
Preparation
- Surface Prep: Buffing and dry manicure cleaning of the natural nail plate.
- No Extensions: No artificial tips or forms are used in this process.
Strengthening Layer
- Application: Layering of Builder Gel, Polygel, or Acrylic directly onto existing natural nail length.
- Apex Building: Creating a slight structural curve to ensure the nail does not snap under pressure.
- Refining: Filing the overlay to ensure a thin, natural look rather than a bulky finish.
Finish
- Color: Includes application of standard solid color gel polish.
- Durability: Seals the free edge to prevent splitting for 3 to 4 weeks.
Refills and In-Fills
Restoration Work
- Debulking: Filing down the old color layer and reducing the thickness of the grown-out extension.
- Lifting Check: Removing any separated product to prevent moisture trapping and infection.
- The Fill: Applying fresh Acrylic or Gel product to the new growth area near the cuticle.
Refresh
- Rebalancing: Adjusting the high point of the nail back to the center to prevent breakage.
- Reshaping: Minor filing to restore the crispness of the original shape.
- Color Change: Application of a fresh set of solid Gel Polish.

- Need length? I use gel, acrylic, or dipping powder for extensions in any shape - almond, coffin, stiletto, whatever suits your style.
- Love your natural nails but want them stronger? Overlays are perfect. I just add a gel layer for extra strength and a smooth base for art or color.
- Nail refill for acrylic extensions is available, so you can keep your set looking fresh as your nails grow.
