About Kathak Classes
Led by Nikhil Ravi Parmar, our sessions dive deep into the Lucknow and Jaipur Gharanas, blending traditional discipline with a supportive space. Whether you are aiming for Gandharva Mahavidyalay certification or simply looking to refine your rhythm, we structure our twice-weekly classes to help you grow from the basics to intricate compositions.
Kathak is more than just a dance form. It is a rhythmic dialogue. At our Jayanagar studio, we break down these complex movements into manageable, enjoyable steps. You will learn the fundamentals of Vandana and Taal alongside the stylistic nuances of two major traditions.
Our curriculum aligns with the Gandharva Mahavidyalay syllabus, ensuring that your training has a solid, recognized foundation. We keep our batches small to ensure that you receive direct feedback on your posture, footwork, and Abhinaya (expressions).
