Master Nail Art with Practice Swatches
See what my students create when they start practicing. These wheels aren't just for show—they are where you'll start your journey to mastering complex designs.
This color wheel is a great example of what students create during training. It showcases a variety of techniques on one palette, including glitter, ombre, chrome, and hand-painted art like leopard print and florals.
About Practice Swatches & Color Wheels
When you are just starting, getting the consistency of gel or the blend of an ombre right can feel tricky. That is why we spend time on these practice wheels before moving to live models. It is a safe space to mess up, try again, and see how different colors and finishes—like chrome, glitter, or matte—actually look in real life.
Learning nail art is about building muscle memory. In my Sector 7, Gurugram studio, we use these color wheels to build that confidence.
Why we use them: You might want to try a new butterfly design or a holographic effect, but jumping straight onto a client’s hand is high pressure. The wheels let you test your brush strokes, dotting tool control, and curing times without any stress. You get to see how the product moves and how to fix errors before they happen on a real hand.
What you will master: By the end of our hands-on sessions, you will have your own set of wheels covering everything from:
- Basic Gel & Polish: Perfecting that smooth application without streaks.
- Design Techniques: Getting those clean French tips, precise line work, and bold polka dots.
- Advanced Effects: How to layer chrome powders, create a seamless ombre gradient, and place 3D charms.
Your learning path: Whether you are joining my 1-week self-grooming workshop or the 4-week professional technician course, you get your own setup and personal guidance. I don't believe in big groups where you get lost in the back—you get direct, honest feedback from me until you are ready to create designs you are proud of. If you are stuck on a technique, we practice until it clicks.
