My process is simple: I use a 50mm prime lens and strictly natural light to keep things honest. Whether we are wandering the streets or finding a quiet corner in a heritage spot, I don't do standard posing. We will talk, walk, and let the camera find the candid expressions you will actually recognize as yourself.
My Approach: The 'No Studio' Philosophy
I believe the best photos aren't made in a studio. They happen when you stop 'performing' for the lens. My style is rooted in natural light and candid movement. I treat every session as a collaboration, where your vibe dictates the direction—be it vintage, urban grunge, or simple daily wear.
Why Black & White?
I often tell my clients: color shows the clothes, but monochrome shows the soul. I specialize in black and white conversions because they strip away the distractions of a chaotic background, forcing us to look at the expression, the texture of the skin, and the quiet truth in the eyes. If you are looking for portraits that feel moody and cinematic, we will focus on this.
Where We Shoot
While I am based in Gurugram, the world is my studio. I frequently travel across India—from the mountains of Himachal to the blue lanes of Jodhpur and the rustic corners of Bharatpur. If you have a specific location that holds meaning for you, that is exactly where we should shoot.
The Logistics
- Lens & Gear: I shoot almost exclusively with a 50mm prime lens. It gives that soft, creamy background blur and brings the focus entirely on you.
- Outfits: I don't do stylist-managed, over-the-top fashion looks. Bring what you feel 'you' in. Jeans, a saree, or your favourite jacket.
- Delivery: You will receive your retouched images in 5 to 7 days, fully edited in my signature moody aesthetic.
