We prioritize structural integrity when planning interiors, meaning we use high-density thermal insulation that provides climate control without eating into your square footage. Every cabinet, plumbing point, and electrical layout is fixed in our Greater Noida workshop, which means your unit arrives ready for water and power connections the moment it is set on-site.
Our approach to interiors is about making a metal box feel like a real building. We treat the container shell as a blank canvas where utility meets design.
Integrated Systems
We don't just build shells. We integrate essential life-support systems before the unit leaves our factory. This includes concealed plumbing for bathrooms and kitchens, using CPVC piping tested for leaks. We install electrical panels with MCB protection and internal wiring conduits, so you don't need to hire a separate electrician to get your lights or AC running.
Material Choices
For interiors, we move away from the industrial look. We utilize laminated wood-finish panels or premium ACP for walls, which are easy to clean and aesthetically modern. Flooring is typically heavy-duty PVC vinyl or SPC planks, ensuring the base is water-resistant and durable enough for high-traffic office or retail use.
Climate Control
Whether you are using the unit as a site office in a hot climate or a cafe in a scenic area, thermal comfort is non-negotiable. We offer 50mm PUF or glass wool insulation options. This keeps the interior cool in summer and warm in winter, significantly reducing your electricity consumption compared to uninsulated structures.
If you have a specific layout in mind, whether it is a multi-room office or a retail kiosk with a deck, we map out the fixture placement—such as window locations for cross-ventilation and door swings—to ensure the space is as efficient as it is comfortable.
