Complete Balcony Garden Setup
Flooring
High-density artificial grass (35mm-40mm pile height) or interlocking wooden deck tiles. Includes white river pebble bordering for clean separation.
Planters
3-5 large statement FRP or Ceramic pots (18-24 inch height) plus 4-6 railing planters (metal/UV plastic) for space optimization.
Plant Varieties
Screening plants like Areca Palms or Ficus for privacy; statement plants like ZZ or Monsteras; seasonal flowering accents like Bougainvillea.
Decor & Setup
Includes premium potting mix (cocopeat/perlite), a thematic Zen corner with a resin statue/lantern, and full labor for material handling and installation.
Vertical Green Wall System
Structural Framework
Fabrication and anchoring of a rust-proof Mild Steel (MS) grid frame. Installation of UV-treated polypropylene pot modules designed for vertical stacking.
Planting Density
High-density arrangement (approx. 10 plants per sq ft) using hardy varieties like Ferns and Philodendrons to ensure full coverage within 4-6 weeks.
Automation
Integrated inline drip irrigation system running through every row of pots connected to the nearest water inlet.
Design
Patterned plant arrangement to create visual waves or color bands using different foliage shades.
Existing Garden Restoration
Cleanup & Pruning
Aggressive de-weeding, removal of garden debris, and shaping of overgrown hedges or trees to restore structure.
Soil Treatment
Tilling existing soil and mixing in organic manure, vermicompost, bone meal, and neem cake. Application of organic pesticides for infestation control.
Replanting
Replacement of dead stock with fresh nursery plants (approx. 60 percent new stock) and repotting of root-bound existing plants.
Aesthetics
Addition of pebbles or wood chips for mulching and cleaning/polishing of existing pots.
Turnkey Terrace & Ground Landscaping
Civil & Hardscape
Waterproofing checks, drainage cell mat installation (for terraces), and laying of natural stone pavers or gravel pathways.
Softscape & Lawn
Installation of natural Mexican or Pearl grass. Planting of peripheral privacy hedges (Bamboo/Ficus) and signature architectural trees (Dragon Trees/Plumeria).
Utilities
Automated drip irrigation system with programmable timers and solenoid valves. Strategic garden spike lighting for nighttime aesthetics.
Management
Includes site layout planning, red soil preparation, and dedicated project supervision.
