We don’t just teach you to fly; we teach you to build, repair, and control the sky. From tactical training for the Indian Army to cinematic FPV expeditions, see what makes our approach different.

This news feature highlights a major milestone for my company, DroneYards. We successfully delivered over 200 FPV drones and provided intensive training to more than 350 Indian Army soldiers, proving our capability in high-stakes, real-world applications.

My training is all about getting your hands dirty. Here, you can see soldiers in my workshop, deeply focused on assembling their FPV drones piece by piece, learning the mechanics and electronics firsthand.

This is the freedom FPV flying gives you. A cinematic dive along the Ganga in Rishikesh shows the kind of breathtaking shots and precise control you will learn to master in my course.

I believe in personal guidance. This moment captures me working directly with soldiers, explaining the nuances of FPV goggles and ensuring they are comfortable and confident with the equipment before their first flight.

This is my drone arsenal. It shows the variety of FPV and custom drones we build and fly, from small cinematic whoops to large custom-built hexacopters like the Suraksha-X1.

This is the feeling I want every student to have. Fully immersed with FPV goggles on, controller in hand, against a stunning mountain backdrop. This is not just a hobby, it's a lifestyle.

A quick look at the drone building process. From soldering wires on the flight controller to configuring settings in Betaflight, you will learn every step to build, repair, and customize your own FPV drone.

About Featured

When you step into our workshop, you aren't just watching a projector. You are soldering flight controllers, tuning rates in Betaflight, and assembling frames until you understand your drone inside and out. We treat the sky as our classroom, not just a simulator, which is why we have successfully trained over 350 Army personnel in high-intensity tactical maneuvers.

Why Our Training Is Different

We don’t believe in cookie-cutter courses. Whether you are a total beginner or an enthusiast looking to master Acro mode, we focus on the hardware as much as the flight. Our programs are designed to take you from a novice to an FPV pilot who can troubleshoot, repair, and fly with precision.

The DroneYards Approach

  • Hands-on Building: You build your own FPV drone. From picking the right motors to setting up the video transmitter, we teach you the anatomy of the machine.
  • Real-World Flying: We move beyond simulators. We organize expeditions to terrains like the mountains of Rishikesh, where you learn to handle wind, altitude, and complex maneuvers in open air.
  • Professional Grade Skills: Our curriculum mirrors the tactical training we provide to the Indian Army. You learn flight dynamics that actually matter for commercial cinematography, surveying, and racing.

Built to Last

Our lab in Ghaziabad is equipped with everything from soldering stations to high-end testing gear. We don’t just hand you a certificate; we ensure you walk out with the muscle memory and technical knowledge to fix a crash in the field. When you finish a course here, you’re not just a pilot—you’re a builder who knows how to keep your bird in the air.

I started DroneYards with a soldering iron and a dream, proving that you don't need a fancy degree to own the sky. My mission is simple: train pilots who can handle any terrain, just like the soldiers I coach.
