We are Nehal and Rashmi. We believe that for young children, learning shouldn't be about sitting still, but about getting messy, loud, and curious.
Meet our co-founders, Nehal and Rashmi! We started TheBrainWagon to nurture young minds through storytelling, messy play, and coding. Our goal is to create a balance between education and play, ensuring kids enjoy every moment of learning.
We believe in the power of play. For young children, play is the ultimate learning tool. We use playful activities to teach crucial life skills, teamwork, and creativity in every session we host.
Before every class, we take a moment for circle time. It's how we break barriers and build connections. This time helps us foster communication, build trust, and spark curiosity for the lesson ahead.
From setup to smiles, every moment is a step toward creating experiences that matter. What might look like chaos to some is actually carefully planned, purposeful play. When the kids light up, we know we’ve done our job right.

About Our Philosophy & Team
Before we start any workshop, we dedicate time to 'circle time' to break the ice and build trust. Whether we are setting up sensory tubs for a playdate or leading a STEAM building challenge, our focus is always on creating a safe environment where your child feels comfortable enough to engage deeply with the activity.
Nehal and Rashmi here. When we founded TheBrainWagon, we decided to challenge the traditional classroom model. We noticed that kids learn best when they are active, so we traded boring lectures for puppets, foam, and tactile experiments.
**Why we embrace the 'Chaos' **Parents often worry about the mess, but that is where the magic happens. When we bring our sensory bins or messy play setups to your home, we bring everything required, from the kinetic sand to the protective plastic sheets. You do not need to worry about the cleanup. We handle the bulk removal of shaving foam, paint, and water beads so you can focus entirely on your child's engagement.
**Our 'Unplugged' Approach **We believe kids get enough screen time as it is. Our coding and STEAM modules are strictly unplugged and hands-on. Whether it is building bridges from legends or using storytelling to teach logic, we focus on physical experiences that build real-world problem-solving skills.
**Mumbai-wide reach **We are based in Mumbai and travel to your venue for birthday parties, playdates, or group sessions. We keep our groups small—typically up to 15 kids for storytelling or 12 for sensory setups—to ensure every child receives individual attention. If you are looking for a partner in your child's early years who values giggles over grades, you have found us.

We are Nehal and Rashmi, two educators who think paint on a shirt is a sign of a good day. We have traded traditional lectures for puppet shows and science experiments to ensure your little one actually loves the process of discovery.
