About Messy Play & Sensory Adventures
Our setup is designed for total peace of mind. We use heavy-duty plastic sheeting to cover your floor area before bringing out the sensory bins, foam, and water beads. We manage the entire 90-minute engagement and handle the full post-session cleanup, so you never have to worry about the mess inside your home.
You might be wondering how we keep the chaos contained. Our sensory parties are structured around a 90-minute wet and dry zone setup. We arrive early to lay down industrial-grade protective sheets, ensuring your flooring stays clean regardless of what happens in the tubs.
We typically set up 3 to 4 distinct sensory stations. Dry bases might include kinetic sand or colored rice, while wet bases often feature shaving foam, water beads, or slime. We provide all the tools—scoops, funnels, sieves, and jugs—that help toddlers and older kids explore textures at their own pace. For us, this is 'process art' rather than a craft that produces a specific object. The goal is sensory input, gross motor movement, and the sheer joy of discovery.
Every session includes:
- A lead facilitator and two assistants to manage the 12-child capacity safely.
- Child-sized aprons for every participant.
- Age-appropriate experiments like simple vinegar-and-baking-soda reactions or pendulum painting.
- A dedicated cleanup crew that clears away all sensory waste immediately after the session ends.
Whether it's a birthday party or a group playdate, we adapt the themes. We have done everything from 'spooky' Halloween sensory bins to festival-themed explorations during Diwali. You just provide the water access, and we bring the magic.
