When you order in bulk, my priority is keeping that handcrafted feel consistent across every single piece. Whether you need 20 or 200 units, I personally oversee the assembly, quality checks, and packaging to make sure your branding shines through without losing the warmth of a handmade gift.
When planning a large-scale event—be it a store opening in Indiranagar or a three-day wedding celebration across Bangalore—the last thing you need is a cookie-cutter gift hamper. I believe bulk gifting should still carry the same personality as a single, bespoke box.
My process for bulk orders is collaborative from day one. We start with your specific goals. Are these hampers for welcome kits in guest rooms, corporate appreciation, or a grand store launch? Once we define the theme, I manage the sourcing, assembly, and quality control. For the 200 potli hampers I curated for The Kaarva Store launch, for example, the focus was on delivering a refined aesthetic that matched their brand identity, handled with precision to ensure every single unit was flawless.

Bulk orders require planning. While I can accommodate some last-minute surprises for smaller orders, I recommend reaching out at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance for large quantities. This ensures I can source your preferred premium ingredients and packaging materials without compromising on quality.
Shipping & Distribution
I am based in Bangalore but I handle logistics pan-India. If you are planning a destination wedding or a multi-city launch, we coordinate the delivery to ensure your gifts arrive ready for your guests to enjoy.
