Step behind the scenes at my studio. See how I turn your flowers, pet keepsakes, and sacred memories into art using slow-cured resin and careful, patient hands.

This video celebrates five years of The Craft of Living. It's a look back at my journey, the trial and error, and the joy that comes with every order. It's a story of consistency, discipline, and my gratitude for everyone who has supported my dream.

Here, I explain why handmade products are so special. This video shows the detailed work that goes into creating a small resin initial, emphasizing the care and uniqueness that mass-produced items lack. Every piece from my studio has its own story.

Watch me as I pack an order to be shipped to Tamil Nadu. Every preserved petal is packed with love and care, because I'm not just shipping a product, I'm protecting a memory and sending a piece of my heart across the country.

A satisfying process video showing me pouring layers of resin over preserved flower petals in a deep wooden frame. This gives you a glimpse into the careful, multi-step process of creating a flawless floral keepsake.

A work-in-progress video showing beautiful varmala flowers on my desk, ready to be preserved. I then show the process of arranging them in a wooden frame and pouring the first layer of resin. Stay tuned for the final reveal!

Another work-in-progress video, starting with the client's beautiful yellow and purple varmala flowers. It shows the process of arranging them in a frame and pouring the resin, building anticipation for the final result.

About From My Studio: The Making Of

It is not just about pouring resin. Before any piece reaches you, I spend days dehydrating your flowers using silica gel to keep them looking alive. I work in thin, slow layers—curing each one patiently—so your memento does not just look good today, but stays clear and strong for years to come.

Behind the Scenes in My Thane Studio

When you send me your wedding varmala, a lock of pet fur, or a special memento, you aren't just sending an item. You are trusting me with a memory. That is why I practice what I call 'slow-made' art.

The Preservation Process

  • Dehydration: I do not air-dry your flowers. Instead, I use silica gel dehydration. This process is time-consuming but essential for retaining the 3D shape and natural vibrancy of your petals.
  • Layering: Resin doesn't like to be rushed. If I pour a massive block all at once, it can overheat and yellow. I pour in measured, thin layers, allowing each one to cure completely before adding the next. This prevents bubbles and ensures the crystal-clear finish you see in my gallery.
  • Customization: Whether it is embedding a photo, adding gold flakes, or hand-painting edges, this happens mid-process. It is why we chat so much before I start—I need to get your vision right before the resin touches your items.

Why Reality Matters

I believe in honesty. Natural elements like flowers or leaves might shift slightly in color or tone during the preservation process. It is part of the organic reality of working with real botanical items. My job is to protect them, not to artificially alter them. When you receive your piece, you are holding something handcrafted, unique, and built to last. If you have questions about how a specific material of yours might behave, feel free to ask.
