Our summer art camp curriculum includes exploring different mediums, like these vibrant oil pastels. Kids get to learn new techniques and create a beautiful landscape piece to take home.

About Summer Art Camps
These aren't your typical school-style classes where perfection is the goal. We focus on the process, not just the finished piece. Each 5-day batch is designed to let kids try their hand at five different mediums, like clay hand-building one day and oil pastels the next, so they can discover what truly sparks their interest.

What to expect in a 5-day session:
- Daily Variety: We rotate through five different mediums, including weaving on looms, terracotta pottery, decoupage, sculpture making, and oil pastels.
- Small Batches: We keep our groups manageable so every child gets the attention they need to learn and get messy.
- Process-Led: Whether it is learning basic macrame knots or constructing a birdhouse, the focus remains on the joy of making something with their own hands.
- Celebration: We wrap up our sessions by showcasing the work created, giving kids a confidence boost and a tangible memory of their time with us.
Practical Details for Parents
- Age Range: We welcome young artists aged 5 and up.
- Timings: Sessions typically run in the morning, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
- All-Inclusive: From clay and weaving looms to brushes and aprons, we provide all materials. Just send them with a water bottle and plenty of energy to create.
The Firefly Terrace
We’re The Firefly Terrace, and we started this rooftop studio in Jayanagar because we wanted a place to escape the city hustle. We love seeing kids step away from screens and into a world of clay, paint, and laughter where they can just be themselves.
