About Outdoor Lifestyle Sessions
I schedule these outdoor sessions exclusively during sunrise or sunset to capture that soft, golden light that makes family portraits feel magical. Since we shoot in public parks and gardens, please keep in mind that I prefer to let your kids lead the way. If they want to run, play, or explore, we capture that natural energy rather than forcing them to sit still for a traditional portrait, resulting in images that feel truly alive.

There is a specific kind of freedom that comes with an outdoor shoot. In my Navi Mumbai studio, we focus on control and classic aesthetics. Outdoors, we embrace the unpredictable—the wind, the light, and the boundless energy of children. These sessions are about capturing the 'in-between' moments: the way your child looks at a flower, the shared laugh between parents, or a simple embrace in the grass.
What to Expect
- The Light: We aim for the 'golden hour'—early morning sunrise or late afternoon sunset. This creates a soft, flattering glow that flatters everyone and avoids the harsh, high-noon sun.
- The Vibe: These are 90-minute, unposed sessions. My goal is to make you forget there is a camera pointed at you. I will direct you into natural interactions, but the raw emotion—the smiles and the chaos—comes from you.
- Logistics: We can shoot at any local park or garden in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Please note that while I bring minimal props like blankets or bubbles, you are responsible for any entry fees the location might charge.
Preparing for Your Shoot
Since we are outside, comfort is key. I suggest outfits you can move in, sit in, and play in. You get up to two outfit changes, and I am happy to provide color coordination advice beforehand to ensure the family looks cohesive without feeling 'matchy-matchy.' Whether you want to capture a milestone or just celebrate this phase of your life, these images are about preserving the feeling of 'now' in a way that remains timeless.
