Modern Residential Exterior Designs
We combine modern aesthetics with sustainable practices to create home exteriors that are climate-responsive, visually striking, and built to last.
We present a 3D visualization of our residential row house project in Ahmednagar. This design showcases our signature blend of contemporary architecture with sustainable elements, featuring a prominent rooftop garden, integrated planters, and a facade that balances modern grey tones with warm, earthy terracotta.
This front elevation render of the Ahmednagar row houses provides a clear view of the building's symmetrical design and material palette. It highlights the clean lines, recessed balconies, and the interplay of light and shadow that define our modern architectural style.

About Modern Residential Exteriors
Designing a home exterior is about more than aesthetics; it is about how the structure responds to your local climate. For our row house project in Ahmednagar, we incorporated terracotta jali screens and vertical planters not just for the visual contrast, but to naturally regulate heat and provide ventilation, ensuring the facade remains cool and breathable throughout the day.
Architecture That Responds to Nature
When we approach a modern residential exterior, we prioritize the balance between the five elements and the built structure. A common challenge in urban planning is making a small footprint feel expansive and airy. In our recent Ahmednagar project, spanning 850 sq. ft., we achieved this by layering the facade. By using deep recesses and integrated green spaces, we create depth that changes with the sun's position, preventing the 'box' look often found in contemporary builds.
Material Innovation and Sustainability
We don't believe in using materials just because they look modern. We select them based on their thermal performance and local availability.
- Terracotta Elements: These offer excellent thermal mass, reducing the heat load on the interiors.
- Vertical Greenery: Planter boxes integrated into the facade serve a dual purpose, acting as a natural air filter and a buffer against dust and noise.
- Concrete & Texture: We play with different concrete finishes to create a neutral canvas that allows the natural warmth of wood and terracotta to stand out.
Tailored for Your Climate
Whether we are working on a bungalow in Bangalore or row houses in Ahmednagar, the exterior design is always a conversation between the site and the user. We study the street view, the shadow paths, and the prevailing wind directions before finalizing the window placements and material applications. Our goal is to ensure that your home doesn't just look current today but remains timeless and functional for years to come.
