Compact Luxury: Business Hotel Wedding (150 Pax)
Scope of Work
- Complete Project Management: End-to-end handling of a 2-day destination wedding for approximately 150 resident guests.
- Venue & Hospitality: Includes negotiating and booking 5-star business-luxury properties (similar to Pullman Aerocity or similar category resorts). Includes cost of approx. 70-75 rooms for 2 nights and catering for 4 major meals.
- Vendor Management: Handling payments and contracts for all sub-vendors to ensure zero hidden costs.
Decor & Design (In-House Production)
- Haldi/Mehendi: Vibrant setup using cost-effective creative elements like game cubicles, colorful cutouts, and printed flex backdrops. Uses marigold strings and local foliage.
- Sangeet/Cocktail: Indoor ballroom setup with standard trussing, a straight LED backdrop (P4 density), dance floor fabrication, and ambient lighting.
- Wedding: Elegant Mandap setup using fabric draping (Georgette/Satin) mixed with tube-roses and carnations. Standard aisle walkway with elevated platforms.
Logistics & Manpower
- Guest Management: RSVP management, room allocation planning, and airport help desk coordination.
- On-Site Operations: A team of 4-6 managers to handle event flow and guest hospitality.

Every couple has their own vibe, and I get a kick out of turning that into a real, living celebration. For me, a destination wedding isn’t just about the place - it’s about creating a world where your story feels right at home. I’ve planned over 500 weddings, so I’ve seen it all - the good, the wild, and the totally unexpected.
What I Actually Do
- I handle everything, start to finish. You want a multi-day wedding itinerary? Sorted. From Haldi to Sangeet to the main shaadi, I make sure each event feels different but still connected.
- Venue hunting is my jam. I know the ins and outs of royal palace wedding planning, especially in Udaipur, Jaipur, Goa, and a few other hotspots. If you want a luxury wedding venue in India, I’ve probably worked there.
- Guest experience matters. I don’t just plan for the couple - I make sure your guests feel looked after, from airport pickup to the last dance.

- I mix old-school regal with modern chic. Think floral ceilings, grand entrances, and mandaps that actually make people stop and stare.
