Signature City Edition (Metro & Getaways)
Design & Conceptualization (Curated)
- Thematic Adaptation: Access to WDC's archival portfolio (e.g., Vintage Garden, Modern Mogra). Customization is limited to color palette tweaks rather than building new concepts from scratch.
- Soft Furnishings: Usage of proprietary linen, printed cushions, and table settings from existing high-end inventory. No new textile manufacturing.
- Floral Direction: Design of floral story using locally sourced premium flowers (Marigolds, Tuberoses, Roses) with minimal imported exotics.
Planning & Logistics
- Guest Management: RSVP and hospitality management for up to 400 guests. Includes check-in assistance at up to 2 partner hotels.
- Vendor Coordination: Management of core vendors (Catering, Photography, Makeup) selected primarily from WDC's 'Preferred Partner' list.
- Itinerary Planning: Creation of a standard 2-3 day run-of-show (Mehendi, Sangeet, Wedding).
On-Site Execution
- Team Composition: One Senior Project Lead + a team of 6-8 coordinators for the event days.
- Shadow Management: Basic shadowing for the Bride and Groom only.
- Production: Management of sound, light, and basic trussing. Does not include heavy civil work or building new venues.
Bespoke Heritage Wedding (Domestic Destination)
Bespoke Design & Scenography
- Textile & Craft: Creation of a unique 'Wedding Brand' identity. Includes manufacturing custom fabrics (printed tents, personalized cushions, napkins) solely for your event.
- Structural Builds: Engineering and execution of complex structures such as pillarless Mandaps, glass floors over pools, or recreating temples on open lawns.
- Tablescaping: High-detail dining setups involving silver/gold thalis, crystal candelabras, and imported floral installations (Peonies, Hydrangeas).
Logistics & Hospitality
- Travel Management: Coordination of charter flights, airport tarmac permissions, and luxury fleet management for guest transfers.
- VVIP Hospitality: Dedicated 'Shadows' (personal assistants) for the couple, parents, and key siblings to manage wardrobe and schedule 24/7.
- Hamper Curation: Sourcing and packaging of bespoke room hampers (local artifacts, luxury edibles) delivered to guest rooms.
Entertainment & F&B Curation
- Celebrity Management: Handling bookings, riders, and technical requirements for A-list performers.
- Culinary Design: Working with top-tier caterers to design concept menus (e.g., Revival Lunch, Sufi Night Feast) including food styling.

Global Logistics & Operations
- Cross-Border Management: Handling of visas, work permits, and travel for the entire Indian crew, artisans, and family.

- Authenticity Management: Flying in Indian Maharads (cooks) and Priests to ensure religious ceremonies and food are authentic.

I’m still reaching for paper and pencil when an idea pops up. Minimalist at heart, but for weddings? Lavish is the way - we’re Indian, after all. My dream?
