Design & Creative
- Concept Development: Creation of themes (e.g., Parisian Market, Royal Marwar) with mood boards and layouts.
- Stationery Design: Custom graphics for Save-the-Dates, E-invites, itineraries, and baggage tags.
Guest Experience & Logistics
- RSVP Management: Guest list tracking, follow-ups, and room allocation.
- Airport Logistics: Coordination of arrival experience and transfers.
- Comfort Stations: Execution of experience carts (Beer Cart, Hat Cart, Massage Stations) including staffing coordination.
On-Site Execution
- Shadow Team: Deployment of 8-12 coordinators for 2-3 days.
