Sustainable and Biophilic Residential Designs
We merge advanced technology with natural principles to create homes that function like living ecosystems. Our designs prioritize light, ventilation, and a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors.
A unique perspective from beneath the curved roof of Villa KD 45, showing the stepping stones over a tranquil water body that guides you along the building's edge.
The facade of Villa KD 45 features floor-to-ceiling glass walls that dissolve the boundary between the interior and the garden, while a floating staircase adds to the sense of lightness.
This animation shows the dynamic green facade of the Sky Gardens apartments in Hyderabad, where each balcony is a lush, private garden, creating a vertical village of greenery.
The lobby of the Oak tower at Sky Gardens introduces the project's biophilic theme with a pixelated wall of wood and stone planters, bringing nature into the arrival experience.

This video demonstrates the transformable apartment concept at Sky Gardens, where movable walls and furniture allow residents to customize their living space for different needs.
My Pixel Housing concept in Hyderabad features landscaped community spaces woven between the apartment blocks, encouraging residents to interact in a natural, green setting.
A key feature of the Pixel Housing project is the inclusion of community organic farming beds, allowing residents to grow their own food and connect with their neighbors.
This view from a Pixel Housing apartment shows the seamless transition from private indoor space to a shared green courtyard, promoting a sense of community and connection to the outdoors.
About Sustainable & Biophilic Residences
We use computational design tools like Rhino and Grasshopper to simulate how your home interacts with the sun and wind. This process ensures your space maximizes natural light and cooling throughout the year, significantly reducing reliance on artificial energy.
At Studio Symbiosis, we view residential projects as living ecosystems. In our work on Villa KD 45, we utilized glass walls to dissolve boundaries, allowing the garden to become part of the living area. For the Sky Gardens project in Hyderabad, we designed a vertical village concept where each unit maintains a connection to greenery, using parametric modeling to optimize building performance against the local climate. Our methodology involves building information modeling (BIM) from the earliest stages. This allows us to integrate structural engineering, climate analysis, and interior layouts into a single, cohesive plan. We do not just design for aesthetics; we use data to ensure your home remains cool, well-lit, and functional. Whether you are building a private villa or a residential tower, our focus remains on creating spaces that adapt to your lifestyle while reducing environmental impact. Our parametric approach ensures that complex geometries, like those seen in our modular housing concepts, remain practical and buildable.
