About Engagement & Sangeet: The First Promise
I don't just stand in the corner with a camera during your Sangeet or Ring Ceremony. I actively direct you, guiding your posing and the way you hold the ring so every frame looks like a movie poster. We pay close attention to the lighting and your interactions with family, ensuring that the candid laughs and teary-eyed moments feel authentic yet high-definition, just like the scenes in your favorite films.
For me, an engagement or a sangeet night isn't just a party. It is the trailer for the grand film that is your wedding. When I shoot these events, I am looking for the energy on the dance floor and the quiet tension during the ring exchange.
Why my approach is different
- Active Direction: While I capture candids, I also jump in to direct your posing. Whether it is the couple's entry or a group performance, I ensure the angles are dramatic and the lighting is cinematic.
- The 'Same Day Edit': In this high-energy environment, a delayed film just doesn't work. I focus on creating a Same Day Edit (SDE) teaser, usually 60-90 seconds, that you can post on social media before the next function even begins.
- Technical Precision: We use gimbals and stabilizers for smooth, sweeping shots during dance performances and high-resolution mirrorless cameras to capture the detail of the rings and the intricacy of the mehendi or jewelry.
Whether you are planning a grand reception in a luxury hotel in Delhi NCR or an intimate ring ceremony with close friends, my goal is to turn the event into a visual masterpiece.
