Step away from the screen and into a space where you can slow down, get messy, and create something real with your own hands.

Art is a way to slow down and reconnect with your hands. This short video shows the calming, meditative rhythm of weaving, an ancient craft that helps you create something beautiful and tangible. You'll see how simple threads transform into your very own piece of textile art.

Here is a participant completely absorbed in her work, finding a quiet focus as she weaves. My workshops are all about this feeling of mindful creation, where the process is just as important as the finished piece. No experience is needed, just a willingness to try.

This is where the magic of printmaking begins. I guide you through the tactile process of carving your own design into a linoleum block. You'll learn how to use the carving tools to carefully remove the negative space, leaving your unique image ready for ink.

Linocut printmaking is a wonderfully accessible art form for beginners. Because the technique allows for bold, graphic designs, you can create stunning patterns and images. Once your block is carved, you can print it again and again on paper, cards, or even fabric.

Weaving can take many forms, even wrapping a simple stone with yarn to create a small, personal sculpture. This piece, inspired by the Japanese art of pebble wrapping, shows how fiber art can be a meditative practice that finds beauty in natural objects.

I keep my workshops small so I can offer personal, hands-on guidance to everyone. Here, I'm helping a student set up her loom and get started with her first stitches. It's a relaxed, supportive space where you can ask questions and learn at your own pace.

About Featured

You do not need to be an artist to join these sessions. We focus on the meditative rhythm of making rather than chasing perfect results. I provide all tools and materials, and I keep the groups small, usually 6 to 10 people, so I can guide you through every stitch or carve as you go.
