Heartfelt Family & Guest Welcomes: Make Every Entry Memorable
A wedding is a collection of stories, from the bond between a father and daughter to the energy of a Baraat. I turn these family moments into cinematic experiences, ensuring every guest feels the love from the very first step.
A 'Mayra' entry like never before. I designed this grand reveal for the brother and sister, where they were unveiled from behind temple doors, complete with fireworks, to celebrate their special bond during the ceremony.
The mom-to-be also deserves a grand entry. I choreographed this special moment for the expecting couple, celebrating their new journey with a beautiful entrance flanked by dancers and unique props.
This is how I plan your 'Barat Swagat'. We welcome the groom's procession with a spectacle of aerial artists, confetti blasts, and dancers on a chariot, ensuring the celebration starts with incredible energy.
The last walk with her first love, her Dad. This emotional white wedding entry was made even more beautiful with a pathway of low fog and cold pyros, creating a heavenly atmosphere for this precious father-daughter moment.
In a Gujarati or Marwari wedding, a 'swagat' with Garba is a must. I choreograph large-scale, high-energy Garba performances to welcome guests, filling the air with color, tradition, and joyful celebration.
Shuru kare leke Prabhu ka naam. This beautiful performance by the sister-in-law was a perfect start to the sangeet, filled with grace, energy, and blessings for the new couple.
About Heartfelt Family & Guest Welcomes
It is not just about the dance steps. When I design a Baraat swagat or a sibling entry, I look at your family dynamics first. A brother-sister 'Mayra' entry needs different pacing than a graceful father-daughter walk. I coordinate everything with your DJ and lighting crew so your family feels natural, not just like performers on a stage.
Every family has a unique story, and my job is to make sure that story takes center stage. Whether it is a mother-to-be’s grand reveal or a high-energy Garba to welcome your guests, I focus on the 'vibe' rather than just the choreography.
How We Design Your Welcome
-
Family Dynamics First: I spend time understanding the specific relationships. A 'father-daughter' entry is meant to be emotional and slow-paced, while a 'Baraat swagat' needs adrenaline and crowd engagement. I tailor the music cues, props, and choreography to match the mood of the moment.
-
Seamless Execution: The biggest challenge in a live wedding is synchronization. I work closely with your venue, DJ, and decorators to ensure the fog machines, pyrotechnics, and music drops happen exactly on cue. You do not need to worry about the logistics; your only job is to be in the moment.
-
For Non-Dancers: Most of my clients are not professional dancers, and that is completely fine. I design movements that feel easy and natural for everyone, from elders to young kids. We use props like phoolon ki chaadar, vintage lamps, or even coordinated walking styles to add grandeur without the pressure of complex steps.
-
Customized Concepts: From temple-door reveals for Mayra ceremonies to aerial artists for Baraat welcomes, we build concepts from scratch. If you have a specific emotion you want to capture—be it joy, tears of happiness, or pure excitement—my team and I will script the entire sequence to bring it to life.
Shailesh Ranjak
I am Shailesh. For me, a wedding is not just an event, it is a collection of stories—the nok-jhok of siblings, the bond between a father and daughter. My team and I do not just teach dance steps; we direct these emotions into showstopper moments. If you want your family's welcome to feel like a scene from a movie, we should talk.
