- Session Structure: Up to 8 rehearsal sessions (60 to 90 minutes each) conducted at the client office or venue.
- Staffing: Routine training by Senior Instructors (Star Dance Pillars) with 2 dedicated visits by Shailesh Ranjak for final blocking and polish.
- Concept: Custom choreography for Group Dance, Fashion Show, or Skit tailored specifically for non dancers.
- Digital Support: Step by step video tutorials provided via WhatsApp for home practice.
Production & Tech
- Audio: Professional track mixing including blending songs and adding voice over intros.
- Event Day: On site technical rehearsal for stage entry/exit, lighting cues, and positioning.
- Costume Guidance: Creation of a mood board and consultation for procurement (rentals not included).

Performance Scope
- Acts: Up to 3 distinct appearances (Invocation/Opening, High Energy Filler, and Grand Finale).
- Talent: Professional male and female dancers from the Star Dance Crew.
- Wardrobe: Includes all premium costumes, accessories, and quick change logistics for various themes (Traditional, LED Tron, Western).
Visuals & Logistics
- Props: Use of handheld visual props like large fans, LED frames, and ribbons.
- SFX Sync: Coordination with console for cold pyro, CO2 jets, and fog triggers.
- Support: Dedicated backstage manager for cues and a hair/makeup artist to ensure camera ready looks.
VVIP Entry or Product Reveal
Conceptualization
- Direction: Storyboarded entry sequence designed personally by Shailesh Ranjak.
- Cast: Includes 6 Professional Dancers acting as the entourage or performing a lead in sequence.
- Props: Theatrical props such as portable thrones, placards, or LED batons (Heavy machinery coordination included, rental external).
Technical Execution
- Audio: Creation of a hype track mixing high energy music with sound effects and voice overs.
- Cue Sheet: Detailed scripting for lighting and SFX teams (spotlights, smoke triggers, confetti blasts).
- Dry Run: One dedicated on site rehearsal with the VIP or Leadership team to finalize blocking.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Shailesh. Dance for me is pure emotion, not just steps. My heart beats for those sangeet moments - bride’s solo, bhai-behan ki masti (bro-sis fun), papa-beti ka dance (dad-daughter dance). Awards? They’re nice, but my real strength is my Maa, Bappa, and my team. After every win, Siddhivinayak temple pe jaana zaroori hai (must visit temple). We work like family, making your day special, Mumbai se duniya tak (from Mumbai to the world).
