About Family Functions & Celebrations
When you book me for your family function, you aren't just hiring two separate vendors. I combine professional emceeing with interactive magic, which means I act as a single point of contact for your event flow. This setup prevents those awkward dead-air moments while waiting for the caterers or transitions, as I fill the gaps with live crowd work and close-up magic that keeps your guests engaged instead of checking their phones.
My approach is built on flexibility and reading the room, whether it is a loud Sangeet or a child's birthday party. Because I switch between English, Kannada, and Tamil, your guests, from young kids to grandparents, stay connected throughout the event.
I handle the full event flow management, including organizing cake cutting, guest welcomes, and coordinating with your DJ. My magic segment is not about standing on a stage with heavy, hidden props. It is parlor magic, sleight of hand, and card tricks that I perform right in the middle of your crowd. This intimacy is what makes people laugh and applaud, as they are often helping me with the tricks rather than just watching from afar.
For family functions, I offer a 3-hour hosting package that includes my magic performance and 3 mini-games. I bring the props for these games, but I do require you to provide the PA system, mics, and a sound technician. This ensures we have a clear, audible flow, especially for announcements and crowd-pleasing activities like musical chairs with a twist. By the time we are done, the goal is for everyone to feel like they were a part of the celebration, not just attendees.
