A curated look at my signature techniques—from cinematic projection to mastering light—showcasing the results you will learn to create in my workshops.

This is the kind of dynamic, high-energy shot we learn to create. I'll show you how to use long exposure and controlled studio lighting to freeze a subject in sharp focus while the world blurs around them in a vibrant display of motion and color.

You don't need to travel to get the perfect location. This entire cinematic train station scene was created right in my studio using a projector. I teach you how to master this technique to build powerful, story-driven fashion images without leaving the room.

Bridal photography is about capturing timeless grace. In my workshops, we explore how to use lighting and projected backdrops to create regal, intricate portraits like this, ensuring every detail of the attire and the moment is preserved beautifully.

It's one thing for me to talk about my work, but it's another to hear it from others. This short clip gives you a glimpse into a workshop and includes a testimonial about my pioneering work in projection photography.

Mastering color and light is fundamental. Here, a bold red background makes the subject and her exquisite jewelry come alive. We practice using color theory and precise lighting to create vibrant, impactful portraits that command attention.

Learning happens on the go. In this outdoor photowalk, I break down complex concepts like clamshell lighting into simple, practical terms. My teaching style is hands-on and interactive, whether we are in the studio or exploring a location.

This is what my workshops are all about. This poster for a session with Sony highlights one of my core offerings: fashion photography using projected backdrops. These events are practical, hands-on, and often free to join.

The power of a photograph often lies in its simplicity. This black and white image, created using a projected background, shows how removing color can amplify emotion, texture, and form, creating a timeless and mysterious portrait.

About Featured

The images here are not just portfolio pieces. They are the actual setups we recreate in my studio sessions. When you see a glowing, even skin tone, that is not heavy retouching—it is precise clamshell lighting with matched strobe intensity, which we practice hands-on in every workshop I host.

Photography is often taught through endless theory, but my workshops are built on the 'Light ka khel' (game of light). Whether we are in my Noida studio or out on a photowalk, the goal is the same: to move you from watching to doing.

The Projection Difference

You will notice many images here feature elaborate backgrounds—a vintage train station, an immersive forest, or a studio set that feels like a location shoot. These are created using cinematic projection. I teach you how to use this technique to build powerful, story-driven fashion images without the logistical headache of travel or the post-production mess of green screens. It is immediate, effective, and transformative.

Hands-On Learning

In every workshop, theory is kept to the essentials. You get to work with the same gear I use daily, from the Sony A9III to Profoto strobes. We shoot with real models, we experiment with lighting ratios, and most importantly, we fix mistakes as they happen.

My approach is straightforward:

  • Master the Gear: Learn to handle flagship cameras and professional lighting setups.
  • Understand Light: Stop guessing and learn to sculpt faces using clamshell and butterfly lighting patterns.
  • Create Emotion: Whether it is black and white portraits or bold fashion editorials, learn how to use color and shadow to define the mood.

These sessions are about building a community of passionate photographers. If you want to refine your technical skills or explore the creative possibilities of modern studio lighting, join us for our next session.
