Every graphic here represents a full-scale production cycle where my team handled the technical rider, artist hospitality, and crowd logistics from start to finish. We spend weeks on the ground coordinating 24-box line arrays, lighting rigs, and the complex safety protocols needed for 60,000-strong crowds, ensuring the energy never drops.

Running festivals at institutions like the IITs and BITS requires more than just equipment. It requires endurance. We manage the entire lifecycle of an event: initial venue assessment, stage fabrication, and artist advancement. When we book a headliner, we manage the full travel manifest, ground transport, and hotel logistics, so the artist’s only focus is the set. On the technical side, we deploy concert-grade setups including 500+ sq. ft. LED walls and synchronized pyrotechnics, all maintained by our resident sound and lighting engineers. We aren't here to just show up and run a soundboard. We build the architecture of the festival—the barricades, the VIP risers, and the power grid—to ensure the show runs without a single minute of dead air. Whether it's a multi-stage layout or a singular high-impact concert, our process is consistent: analyze the venue, rig to safety standards, and execute the show.
