Engagement & Tech
- Activity: 1 physical or semi-digital engagement activity (Reflex light chaser, Buzz-wire, or Spin the Wheel).
- Display: One 55-inch LED TV on a stand for leaderboards or loops.
Manpower & Management
- Staff: 2 Promoters for peer-to-peer engagement and 1 on-ground Project Manager.
- Scope: Handles college authority liaisoning, electrical connectivity, and crowd control.
Content & Data
- Coverage: 1 Videographer for peak hours on Day 2 or 3.
- Deliverables: 1 high-energy Aftermovie Reel and 50 high-res images.
- Reporting: Post-event data sheet covering footfall, samples distributed, and leads.
High-Footfall Mall Atrium Activation
Mall-Grade Fabrication
- Layout: 12x12 ft or 15x15 ft Island setup (open on all sides).
- Safety: Fire-retardant paint/materials and concealed cabling as per Mall Fire Safety norms.
- Crowd Control: Chrome Q-Manager posts with velvet/nylon ropes.
Activity & Audio
- Interaction: Construction of a physical challenge rig (Mini-golf, reflex wall, or throw zone).
- Sound: Small PA system with cordless mic for the Emcee.
Operations & Permissions
- Liaisoning: Handling of gate passes, work permits, and electrical audits (Space rental paid by client directly).
