In my sessions with seniors, we often find that joy has no age. Here, we are reconnecting with our inner child, holding hands in a circle of laughter and shared energy. It is a beautiful reminder that community and play are essential at every stage of life.7
I believe in connecting with people before presenting content. This was a session on Intercultural Communication at Mohawk College, where I focused on building relationships and making each student feel seen and heard before we even opened the first slide.
Laughter is a powerful tool for connection, especially in an online setting. This is a moment from my 'Rhythm & Rhyme' workshop, where a group of women realized the freedom that comes from letting go of external expectations and embracing self-compassion.
