A look into the campus workshops and collaborative events I've hosted. I love connecting with faculty and researchers to simplify the journey from raw data to a published manuscript.

A quiet moment of reflection at a beautiful campus. I love my job as an editor, but I also cherish the opportunities to travel, speak, and interact with faculty and students across the country.

A photo from my visit to my alma mater, IFGTB. Being back on campus for a workshop was a wonderful experience.

A selfie with fellow attendees at the Researchers Fest at the University of Kerala. It was amazing to walk the halls of a department older than me and feel the buzz of activity.

Posing by the Technology Tower at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). I was there to conduct a session for the nanotechnology and physics departments.

With the Principal of RVS College of Arts and Science, Dr. Sivakumar, during my three day workshop on manuscript writing.

At the "Heights 2023" Researchers Fest at the University of Kerala. I haven't seen a campus so buzzing with activity in a long time.

Exploring the student exhibits at the Researchers Fest. It's inspiring to see the creativity and hard work of the next generation of researchers.

Posing with a student by a display of theses at the University of Kerala. The entire campus was alive with the spirit of research and celebration.

With fellow academics at the "Heights 2023" fest. These events are fantastic opportunities for networking and collaboration.

Walking through the beautifully decorated campus of the University of Kerala during their Researchers Fest. An experience to cherish!

About Event Highlights & Collaborations

My sessions are never about passive listening or generic presentations. Whether I am visiting a campus in Chennai or running an online FDP, I use a 'Watch and Do' format where we work on live manuscript drafts, troubleshoot reference tools like Mendeley, and audit AI usage in real time, so your team walks away with practical skills rather than just theory.

Bridging the Gap in Research

I believe the biggest hurdle in academia isn't a lack of intelligence, but a lack of clarity. Through my workshops and guest lectures, I focus on removing the guesswork from scientific writing and publishing. We don't just talk about the IMRaD structure; we critique actual abstracts and cover letters to see why they get accepted or rejected.

What I Bring to Your Campus

My programs are modular and designed to fit your department's specific needs, whether that is a 2-hour talk on AI ethics or a full-day Faculty Development Program (FDP). Key areas we often cover include:

  • Scientific Writing & Strategy: Mastering the art of narrative flow, reducing word counts without losing meaning, and selecting the right journals.
  • The Tech Stack: Hands-on demos of reference managers, plagiarism checkers, and ethical AI integration to speed up your workflow.
  • Career & Policy Insights: Navigating the NEP 2020 landscape, understanding research scholarships abroad, and exploring paths beyond traditional academia for biotech and life science students.

The 'Watch and Do' Approach

I have seen too many seminars where the speaker talks for hours while the audience fades out. My approach is different. I keep it interactive with quizzes, live demos, and a dedicated 'hot seat' segment where we review participant work on the spot. If you are a department head or an event coordinator looking for a resource person who can actually engage your students and scholars—making complex academic concepts feel easy and relatable—I would love to collaborate.

I am frequently hosted by institutions in Coimbatore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai, and I am always happy to travel to campuses across the country.
