Artistic & Personal Musings
Photography for me is a way to make sense of the world. This gallery is a collection of my personal projects, artistic still life, and quiet moments that define my visual style.
This year for my birthday, I gifted myself a photoshoot. As a mother, I realized I was always behind the camera and rarely in front of it. This was for me, a way to capture a bit of myself again.
Choosing myself. Every single day. A simple reminder captured in a quiet moment with a bouquet of flowers, finding peace and contentment in self-love.
Life has been a whirlwind lately, but I'm learning to take it one day at a time. This self-portrait is a reflection on new beginnings, deep breaths, and showing myself a little extra grace.
Love, much like this rose, shifts through seasons. This fine art photograph of a vintage clock and a deep red rose is my attempt to bottle up fleeting emotions and the idea that love transforms, becoming stronger with time.
This frame holds more than just props. It’s a collection of personal items: vintage books, a rustic key, and roses from my husband. For me, photography is about turning my own emotions and stories into timeless visuals.
A celebration of the beautiful bond between siblings. I prepared this Rakhi thali with a vibrant rakhi, fresh flowers, and traditional elements, adding a fun pizza charm for the "Best Bro Ever."
Cozy winter vibes wrapped in warmth. I created this flatlay with a hot cup of cocoa, a favorite book, and a chunky knit sweater to capture the feeling of a peaceful winter day.
Photographing candles was on my bucket list for a long time. This "Fresh Rain" candle was for the first brand that took a chance on me, and it opened the door to so many more opportunities. This shot represents breaking a jinx.
Not every photo makes the final cut, and that’s okay. This flat lay wasn’t approved by the client, but I loved the quiet balance and tones. Sometimes, the unseen frames are the ones that carry the most heart.
About Artistic & Personal Musings
I often use personal projects to test new lighting techniques or composition styles before applying them to client work. This experimentation allows me to refine how I capture texture and mood, ensuring that every image I deliver for a brand feels intentional. Whether I am shooting a still life of vintage objects or a simple morning scene, I am constantly looking for ways to translate emotion into a visual frame.
My approach to photography is rooted in the belief that every object has a soul. When I photograph a product, I am not just capturing a shape or color. I am looking for the story it tells. This collection of personal musings is where I practice that craft. You will see frames here that did not make it into client briefs, but which taught me vital lessons about balance, light, and storytelling.
When I work with brands, I apply the same patience found in my personal work. I take time to understand the narrative, whether it is for a delicate piece of jewelry or a cozy home candle. I focus on elements like focus stacking for macro shots, natural light to create warmth, and careful prop styling to build a scene.
If you appreciate this artistic, emotive style, I would love to collaborate. My process starts with a conversation about your brand values so we can ensure the images we create reflect who you are. From planning mood boards to final retouching, I handle the technical details so you can focus on your business. Let us tell your brand story together.

I am a storyteller first and a photographer second. My camera is my way of making sense of life, from the chaos of raising two boys to the quiet beauty of a morning cup of tea. When you work with me, you are getting that same emotional honesty applied to your brand story.
