Our foundational courses, specifically the Level O certification, are designed for individuals transitioning from playing to teaching. You will learn how to structure a session from the warm-up to the cool-down, ensuring athlete safety and effective progression.

Assessment and Certification

We maintain high standards by requiring both a written theory paper and a practical coaching demonstration. This ensures that every graduate of the Somaiya Sports Academy program understands the technical rules of their sport and can execute training sessions effectively. Upon completion, you receive the Level O Certificate from our academy, validating your competency.
